How the Agent Readiness Check works

Salesforce is changing how AI agents connect to your org: each agent gets its own registered identity, and agent calls get their own line on the bill. The check asks ten short questions and tells you which deadline applies to you, where your gaps are, and what you can start now.

Three ways to run it

On the web. Open the check, answer the questions, and you get a report you can share.

In Claude. Add the Agent Readiness Check connector, then choose Run the Agent Readiness Check from the + menu, or ask Claude to run it. Claude shows a question card, one question at a time, and links you to your report at the end.

In ChatGPT. Add the Agent Readiness Check app and ask ChatGPT to run it. The flow is the same.

What you get

Your result is one of three levels: Exposed, Gaps or Ready. It names the deadline that applies to you, with Salesforce's own wording and the date we read it, and lists the gaps to close first. Your report adds a timeline, every finding grouped by People, Process and Technology, the five phases of the work, and a starter list for your inventory of AI tools.

What it doesn't do

It never connects to your Salesforce org, and it never asks for a login. It doesn't quote a price, and it doesn't guess at the rate Salesforce hasn't published. If you ask it how to keep an agent off the books, it explains why Salesforce's terms require registration.
