Providity Agent Readiness Check

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Agent Readiness Check by Providity, on the web and inside AI assistants.

What the check is

The check is a free information tool from Providity. It reflects Salesforce's published guidance as of the read date shown on each result. It isn't legal, contract or licensing advice, and it doesn't change anything in your Salesforce agreement. For a decision that depends on your contract, confirm it with Salesforce or your own advisers.

Accuracy

We work to keep the check current, and we update it when Salesforce changes its guidance. Salesforce can change its terms at any time, and some details, like the per-call rate, aren't published yet. We provide the check as it is, without a warranty that it's complete or current for your situation.

Fair use

Use the check for your own organization or for a client you advise. Don't overload it, scrape it, or try to get around its limits.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Providity isn't liable for decisions made on the basis of the check, or for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Trademarks
