The check is built to need as little from you as possible. Here's what it keeps, and for how long.

Your answers and your result

When you finish the check, we store your answers and your result under a random ID, so the result link works. Your answers are choices from a list, with no free text. We delete them 90 days after the check. Anyone with the link can see the result, so share it the way you'd share any document.

Your contact details

We only get these if you fill in the form on your result page. They go to Providity's own Salesforce org as a lead, with your result link attached, so we can contact you about your result. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else.

Inside Claude or ChatGPT

If you run the check inside an AI assistant, the assistant sends us your answers and nothing else. We never ask for your name or email in the chat. Your conversation stays with your assistant provider under its own terms.

What we don't do

The check never connects to your Salesforce org. It sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. We count page views and finished checks in our own database, with no personal data attached. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for a short time.
